Field trips:

We are not able to accommodate field trip groups greater than 100 individuals, including staff and chaperones. If inquiring about field trips to our athletics facilities, you must reach out at least 90 days prior to your requested tour date, per campus policy.

You must also have a campus sponsor for your group that is will be present for the entire duration of your time on campus. These criteria must be met in order to request a field trip for a group fewer than 100 individuals. All tour requests, including field trips, approval are based on facility and staff availability for the requested tour date.
